In august 2016 I switched to the workgroup Dairy & Cultures at the FIC. Is now renamed to TTH. Working on development of new cultures for cheese. Development plant-based cheese with plant-protein (up to 20% protein).     My first day was on the 26th of may 2014.Senior technician at the food innovation centere (FIC) of DSM in Delft. I'm working in the savory group (e.g. yeast extracts and other savory research). Tasks are HACCP savory group, lab-management, performing experiments with enzymatic (auto-)lysis (e.g. of yeast), concentrating, freeze drying, spray drying, RNA-HPLC analysis etc.In august 2016 I started in an other workgroup (Dairy&Cultures) as member of the Dairy application team. Doing yoghurt trials and assisting making cheese.In 2020 started with cheese application. Working on cheese cultures development and on plant-based cheese (with proteins)
