Dyn was acquired by Oracle in January, 2017.• Led the transformation of Dyn from a Managed DNS company to an Enterprise-ready Internet Performance Management Company. • Designed, recruited & hired a global marketing & demand generation team of more than 50 including the sales development team that helped maintain a 30%+ CAGR and surpass $100MM in ARR• During the acquisition and diligence process, was a key member of the team, meeting with the Oracle M&A team to complete the acquisition and manage an effective integration.
