Responsible for managing the HTM success of GE HealthCare’s partnership with HCA. This partnership spans approximately 200 care sites nationwide and approximately $450M in annual equipment and service. Provides HCA with a single point of contact for HTM, delivering customer satisfaction and successful outcomes from contractual and project-based engagements. Drives communication with the national GE HCA biomed service teams on desired outcomes and KPI’s. Supports the GE HCA account community on strategy and analytics that strengthen the GE HTM value proposition at HCA Division and National Levels. Provides direct leadership for national HTM projects such as equipment shared services, cyber readiness, asset optimization, and entry/exit solutions, as well as other programs built with and for HCA.

Management of the day-to-day quality operations for GEHC’s Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program for 800+ hospitals and 1,400+ Biomedical Technicians. Develops and implements work instructions and processes to guarantee hospitals exceed regulatory requirements for medical equipment management activities. Executes audits, investigations, CAPA’s, and performance improvement initiatives for the HTM organization. Subject matter expert for HTM, hospital quality, and regulatory environment for all of GE Healthcare US and Canada Services.

Day-to-day operational, financial, project management, and regulatory responsibility for in-house HTM program with $12 million budget annually. Developed all departmental KPI’s, metrics, team and individual goals, improving regulatory performance. Grew in-house team from six to twenty-four technicians, while reducing annual cost by over $6 million, and increasing customer satisfaction from less than 10% to over 95%.

Customer service and equipment maintenance responsibility for all imaging equipment in the hospital network. Rounded daily to ensure all radiology, imaging, ultrasound, cardiology, and dialysis departments were fully operational and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Managed all projects associated with imaging equipment installations, from initiation and planning to closure. I also tracked and planned contracted services for the imaging department, while performing maintenance on all non contracted equipment. I have experience in water systems, telemetry, and networking.

Completed BMET training at Sheppard AFB, Wichita Falls, Texas. Performed preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of a medical logistics unit, responsible for supporting overseas missions stateside.
