- Freelance Sound & Light Engineer- Stage Building- Backline & Technical support for Artists/Clients.

Working with the company Directors, I would fulfil a number of roles within the company; Daily duties would include general office management & Admin duties, incoming technical client support alongside creating new marketing content and creating marketing campaigns to draw in new business. A vital part of my role was assisting in the roll out of a huge project for a smart Internet switch over for a leading Brewery; with over 2500 buildings involved. My part to play was creating the back end configurations to ensure that each site had working, functional internet via a cloud based marketing system, that was linked by a product called Encapto.From there I got more involved with the CRM system that we had set up prior to the Roll-out Project, this was another large project of taking a paper-based workflow and transitioning end-of-month duties and general support enquiries into a paper-less system. I also took charge of creating any graphic & branding content for Rock MS itself and kept branding consistent across all platforms via their guidelines.

As well as building Television advertisement campaigns for existing clients, I would scout for new leads and pitch potential clients. We completely handled the campaigns from start to finish (from concept – production – airtime (inc. ClearCast) – statistics) and were renowned for introducing companies to Television for the first time; Vixels TV Pixels won an award for No.1 introducers to Television in 2012.
