Josh Bell (he/him) is a seasoned coach, consultant, and community leader dedicated to fostering organizational health and leadership excellence. His leadership experiences in healthcare, nonprofit, civic, and interfaith settings have cultivated Josh’s reputation for empowering leaders and organizations to reach their full potential through strategic consulting and personalized coaching.Josh established The Josh Bell Company to enhance organizational effectiveness and to develop leaders to excel in their specific contexts. He designs and facilitates coaching engagements and training programs aimed at empowering leaders from intersectional backgrounds to thrive in corporate and nonprofit environments. His areas of focus include leadership of self, leadership of teams, and effective communication. Organizational change is a particular specialty for Josh due to multiple experiences with companies in senior leadership transitions, both voluntary and involuntary. Josh led change management initiatives during a healthcare executive leadership transition at a $100M organization. He formulated and implemented strategies for philanthropic engagement, including a $10M endowment. Josh also orchestrated cross-sector partnerships to address service delivery challenges and enhance community impact.As part of his commitment to data-driven impact, Josh pioneered the first comprehensive survey of Central Florida LGBTQ+ communities as the Executive Director of One Orlando Alliance, amplifying inclusivity efforts across the region. He provided executive coaching and consulting to organizational leaders on governance, crisis management, and diversity issues, while also spearheading collaborative initiatives involving 40 nonprofits and various community stakeholders.Josh has earned certificates in Professional Coaching accredited by the International Coaching Federation. He holds a certificate from the University of South Florida in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida and the City of Orlando Mayor’s Martin Luther King Jr. Commission. He was also previously appointed to serve on the City of Orlando Nominating Board. He has contributed thought leadership articles on inclusion and belonging to publications including the Orlando Sentinel and the Peace and Justice Institute Journal.
