At Movemedical, Josh is responsible for new growth opportunities, hiring, building a growth-oriented culture and Josh began his career as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he focused on helping executives make clear decisions. In one example, Josh pushed a team within 8 weeks to make a decision they had been contemplating for years. Through advising Fortune 100 companies, Josh witnessed the extreme inefficiencies and frustration caused by indecision and lack of clarity. Josh then decided to build his own high-performing team as the CEO of a home health company he founded. Before selling his company, Josh grew his startup to employ over 75 people and was the only San Diego business, out of hundreds, to be awarded a national distinction for customer service quality. Before co-founding Movemedical, Josh was a consultant with the Table Group where he helped CEO's and executives apply the principles of organizational health.Movemedical is the worldwide leader in inventory management and process improvement for the medical device supply chain, helping med device manufactures, logistics providers, and hospitals eliminate waste and frustration.
