I serve as trainer and sales support for Caffé D’Arte. I provide management training, latte art training, barista skills and overall training for coffee services in cafes or hospitality services.

At Mission Hills I preach to the entire congregation monthly. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am I’m on the executive team of 8 members and currently oversee our Care and Counseling ministry. As the Lead Pastor of Creekside, I preached every Sunday to the entire congregation. I also serve as the main elder-pastor on staff and handle all daily pastoral and administration duties. I had five direct reporting staff and many lay leaders who were under my care and leadership. I also invest in and lead the Elders to a deeper understanding of church oversight.

As the Associate Pastor of CCC, I was responsible for the daily oversight and leadership of the Englewood campus. I serve a congregation of over 500 and managing a pastoral and administrative staff of 8 direct reports. I also provide leadership for the elders and deacons. At CCC I have the privilege of being on the preaching team where I serve the congregation by the preaching several times a year. I was also one of six leaders on the Ministry Leadership Team, which guided and protected the overall ministry of Colorado Community Church and its near 3,000 members on several campuses.

In 2004 I started a coffee cart and catering company where I successfully was able to install and operate a coffee cart in the Denver tech center as well at Moody Bible Institute and Judson University in Illinois. I also provided consulting services to non-profits and for-profits looking to open a café. I helped open 5 successful cafes.

I served at the primary teaching pastor for the youth at harvest Bible Chapel. I preached weekly to over 150 students and would also preach at five or more camps and retreats throughout the year. I was part of the youth ministry staff providing direction for the youth ministry of this church with over 10,000 attendees weekly.
