Over the past 12 years, I have successfully worked to improve the process which resulted in speeding up our product’s implementation within 30 - 45 days, instead of more than 90 days. From the project’s onset, I gather all technical requirements and expectations to be completed within its development and manage weekly client meetings. Using a project plan contributes to achieving milestones and meeting stakeholders’ expectations. My work with my Development Team establishes bi-directional integration from external systems for more efficient data upload and payroll processing at the end of each pay period.
