With a background successfully running a professional services firm and an entrepreneurial spirit, Josh brings a fresh and innovative perspective to his work. Besides client service, Josh spearheads the strategic recruitment initiative at Prosperity Partners and maintains responsibility for all aspects of the hiring process. Before co-founding Prosperity Partners in 2003, Josh worked in the middle market tax groups at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
