As a Lead Retail Consultant I am responsible for providing a customer experience above and beyond the expectations of my competitors. I help improve the connectivity in a customers day to day life. From personal connections to small business, my goal is to make sure my customers get the best experience matched with the best network prices on the market.

As an assistant manager I use my leadership skills to put together the best team to finish store tasks and to get the most out of the selling position. On many occasions I am presented with a dilemma that requires a quick and sensible response that will make all parties involved happy. I am also very frequently organizing and setting up store visuals to exceed visual standards set forth by my company.
