Breaking Bread was a meal-sharing platform focused on building stronger neighborhoods by bringing people together to share simple home-cooked meals. Unlike its competitors, Breaking Bread focused on catalyzing new local connections over culinary mastery. As founder, I led a technical team to produce a web application, created marketing materials and developed materials for potential investment opportunities.

Developed a syllabus and lesson plans for both Multimedia Journalism (J395) and Online Journalism (J400). Through the J395 course, students with little to no multimedia experience were able to develop professional skills in video storytelling. In J400 students learned the skills necessary to excel in online journalism, including video reporting, data journalism, online publishing, and live news gathering.
