I currently manage the construction projects for Senior Housing clients across multiple properties in the United States. The construction portfolio consists of new construction, expansions, and tenant improvement scopes. While managing projects in all stages of construction, I represent the clients’ best interests from design to the finished product. I am a dedicated team leader and have a team of Project Managers that I oversee.

*Manage a portfolio of construction loans for the community development banking line of work.*The nation wide portfolio consists of 25-35 projects with a construction cost between $10MM to $50MM.*Provide construction administrative support during the loan closing including negotiating with borrowers key aspects of construction loans.*Review and approve monthly construction draws.

*Lead the bidding, permitting, and construction phases with the appropriate teams whether they are internal Common Desk employees, outside vendors and contractors, ownership, or city officials.*Manage construction budgets and deadlines.*Review and manage bids and proposals from contractors and practice value engineering when appropriate.*Work closely with the Launch team to ensure on time and smooth project openings*Collaborate with the design team to maintain an on-brand aesthetic that is appropriate to the market, neighborhood, and program.*Collaborate with CD design team, architects, contractors, and owners to ensure on-budget projects and solutions while also maintaining design intent and brand standards

Responsibilities included: *Lead the construction and integration efforts for the Faith Group at Beck.*Identify and evaluate business development opportunities in the faith based market.*Lead faith based pre-construction efforts including developing Profiler models, estimates, GMPs, schedules and logistics plans.*Forecast construction staffing needs for faith based projects.

Responsibilities included*Working with executive leadership to define and develop project’s scope.*Selecting general contractors, specialty contractors, architects and design consultants.*Integrating the design process with the estimating and constructability analysis to provide quality designs, scopes and estimates for decision makers.*Directing design team to prepare construction plans and documents.*Defining the best delivery methods and contract structures for specific projects.*Providing project estimating, value engineering and scheduling for construction projects.*Leading feasibility studies on potential new development projects.*Representing Mars Hill Church in entitlement of property development with governing jurisdictions.Mars Hill Church was a multi-site church with 15 current churches across the states of Washington, California, New Mexico, Arizona and Oregon.

*Provided in house construction services and was responsible for managing all design and development of all capital improvement projects.*Responsible for managing the relationship with government officials, local contractors and vendors as well as recruiting and integrating a volunteer workforce into the improvements of Southwest’s campus. *Completed projects renovation of the existing lobby and the addition of new bathroom facilities, addition of an onsite storage complex, creation of an outdoor venue and the renovation of the children’s department.

*Completed major projects including hospital, hospitality and school projects.*Managed the day to day on site coordination and construction of hospital MEP Systems.*Maintained project schedules and developed fragnet schedules to track changes and impacts to the project. Issued monthly reports documenting progress of projects.*Negotiated changes to the contractual price and schedule as they occurred. Utilized information from the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process to justify numerous design changes into the project to meet client and government requirements.
