The construction portfolio consists of new construction, expansions, and tenant improvement scopes. While managing projects in all stages of construction, I represent the clients’ best interests from design to the finished product. I am a dedicated team leader and have a team of Project Managers that I oversee.

*Provided in house construction services and was responsible for managing all design and development of all capital improvement projects.*Responsible for managing the relationship with government officials, local contractors and vendors as well as recruiting and integrating a volunteer workforce into the improvements of Southwest’s campus. *Completed projects renovation of the existing lobby and the addition of new bathroom facilities, addition of an onsite storage complex, creation of an outdoor venue and the renovation of the children’s department.
