Scheduler (December 2015 - Present):-Develop project schedules for projects ranging from $200k - $5m in the Oil & Gas and Commercial industries. -Establish a project plan with the management team -Design, logic and manage schedules in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project -Collaborate with management & project teams and customers during weekly schedule and project control meetings -Monitor progress and analyze variance to keep project on budget and on time -Maintain multiple projects simulatenouslyAssistant Estimator (Jan. 2015 - December 2015):Assist the lead estimator with project bid development for the commercial and oil & gas industries which includes the following responsibilities: -Perform quantity take-offs for concrete, rebar, steel members, forming materials, grout, aggregate fill, excavation, demolition, parging, anchor bolts and embed items, and miscellaneous construction materials. -Build estimates ranging from $10k to $5mil -Attend and aid in the bid review process -Contact suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
