After 16 years leading nonprofit recruitment efforts for several different agencies , I started Compel Global in 2021 - where I now serve as President. Compel Global is an international nonprofit organization that helps followers of Jesus connect with opportunities for impact throughout the world. We coach candidates into the right fit, and place them with over 20 different sending agencies. I also serve as a growth strategy consultant for faith-based nonprofits, teaching them how to position themselves for rapid growth. Through these various roles, I frequently speak in churches, conferences, and agencies, and write.As a vocational coach, I have counseled hundreds of families towards embracing a greater story - leveraging all of their gifts, capacities, and experiences for the sake of serving the world. God has uniquely designed each of us with a particular stride - when we find it, influence happens with great effectiveness and efficiency, as entire communities are transformed.
