Otherwise known as an RA in the dorms, I spent 3 semesters working with and supervising 30+ residence hall students to develop and sustain a culture of inclusion, comfort, and academic success. My job responsibilities included managing community development, enforcing policy, and providing resources for students' success at college. I also advised and mentored student leaders as they organized and executed community initiatives.

• Lead a cross-functional team to achieve capacity improvement for a key manufacturing line by implementing a reduction in changeover and order processing time (USA). • Conducted in-depth data analysis with multiple data sources to investigate the root cause of high scrap rate and low parts per labor hour leading to future-state product line layout redesigning (China).

• Created facility process maps for water, utility systems, and building layouts by observing and documenting current-state system elements, measuring pipes, and collaborating with maintenance technicians. • Implemented pipe and valve visualization & organization system to reduce pipeline maintenance downtime.
