I produced solutions for clients using a software called Axiom, a financial planning and budgeting add-on to Microsoft Excel. I also assisted on secondary projects as needed in a small company, such as graphic design and recruitment.

The Intern position entails assisting the Admissions Department in the recruitment process of high school students. During the school year, I worked with the Admissions Counselor overseeing the Northwest Washington and Southern California high schools. I generated a 71% increase in enrollment from these regions in just two years.

I worked with a staff of 12-15 other Resident Assistants and oversaw a group of 20-30 residents. Both as an individual and in a team, I planned events and interact with residents. I was also responsible for crisis response, mediation, and community building.
