As a member of the Customer Success Team at Workiva I strive to ensure my customers'​ success by acting as an extension of their reporting team. My customers don't call a 1-800 number, they call me directly for any help they may need. I work closely with the Product Marketing, Product Management, Quality Assurance and Development teams at Workiva to ensure I'm up-to-date on the latest product improvements, and that customer feedback is integrated into product development.

As a junior web developer, I implemented and designed social media marketing campaigns and Facebook Advertising for Flick Fusion Marketing clients. I also provided website support for clients via phone and email using the online support system Zendesk. I was responsible for website and software troubleshooting for Flick Fusion Marketing clients. In addition, I created advertisements and promotions for dealerships using Adobe Photoshop. I also encoded various video types and formats for dealership websites and YouTube channels. I was also responsible for IT related issues with employee computers and laptop deployments.

Deployed new computer hardware and software (Operating Systems and Applications). Processed old computer hardware for transport.

Provided technical support (phone, in person, and email) for the students and staff of Iowa State University at Information Technology Services. I hired and trained staff for the phone support and email teams. I also provided on-going Quality Assurance for the phone support team.
