I am a digital marketing consultant and committee member of the Thyroid Eye Disease Charitable Trust (TEDct)TEDct exists to improve the lives of those with thyroid eye disease (TED) by developing a supportive community of patients and professionals. TEDct is are currently campaigning for earlier diagnosis of TED.Over 50% of patients with thyroid eye disease go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed.I was diagnosed with TED in 2015 and also have Graves’ Disease. My TED experience has been challenging and transformative in a positive way. It is a traumatic disease and I joined the TEDct committee to help others impacted by the condition.I am also a professional maintenance gardener looking after over 30 gardens in Wiltshire and the Cotswolds. I love the diversity of my work.
