    - After the abrupt increase in sexual assault reports in 2019, I created the first sexual assault survivor support community and advocacy organization on Miami’s campus. This organization has collaborated with a number of offices on campus including Office of the Dean of Students and Office of Student Health and Wellness. - Wrote the fund allocation proposal and aided in the execution of the social media campaign that won a nationwide competition to receive a $5000 grant from Bumble Student Organization Fund, which donates to student organizations that align with the values of equality, accountability, courage and growth. This grant has been allocated to funding prevention programming.- Cultivates conversation with students via workshops involving an array of multicultural organizations. In the fall of 2020, I facilitated 20 workshops regarding the following topics: sexual assault and interpersonal violence, reporting measures, consent, toxic masculinity, and how to support survivors. - Sits on the Coordinated Community Response Team as a liaison between students and administration. The CCRT is an action team of key individuals from across Miami's campus and the greater community who commit to creating a campus culture dedicated to the prevention of and response to sexual and interpersonal violence.
