Provided campus and residence hall tours to groups of 2 to 30. Educated prospective students and families about Iowa State University. Participated in panel events both virtually and face to face to discuss personal ISU experiences. Entered and updated student information into Intranet and scheduled information sessions. Compiled packets and ensured information was accurate in preparation for student visits. Assisted in training new student employees and volunteers.

Researched and analyzed data for a summer long fleet analysis project where I presented my findings to key stakeholders. Created a standard operating procedure for a new, more efficient vehicle reservation system. Participated in shadowing of other departments, weekly team meetings, networking events, and Clifton strengths training.
