Conduct research into Artificial Intelligence use cases and its strategic opportunities, including identifying and prototyping products for public sector clients. Co-researched and wrote business case for establishing Emerging Technology division for Methods, and appointed as Strategy & Ethics practice lead, providing expertise internally and to clients on developing ethical AI and aligning new AI capabilities to organisational strategy.Developed a suite of products and practices to support our work with clients to build ethical AI and drive responsible innovation. These include ‘Demystifying AI’ workshops and ‘AI Readiness’ assessments, where the target audience is senior, non-technical decision-makers within government.Previous projects include:- Leading an 'AI Readiness' assessment of public sector organisations, producing briefings for senior decision-makers and reports to feed into long term IT roadmaps- Contributing to a Data Science Proof of Concept project for large Ministry, gathered business requirements, identified and managed critical stakeholders and worked closely with data science team to interpret and communicate results- Collaborated with internal technical experts to build Methods Image Recognition prototype using Neural Networks

Plan and deliver digital and technology transformation projects, including leading a multidisciplinary project team using project management methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Prince 2, and Lean. Manage stakeholder engagement and change management processes, delivering verbal briefings and presentations to clients and senior stakeholders in order to drive strategic decision-making.Previous projects include: - Worked as the Delivery Manager for a governmental education and skills body, leading a team of user researchers, content designer and project support across multiple areas of focus. Led the senior stakeholder engagement and change management work to build consensus across the organisation's leadership group to adopt a single approach to customer engagement. Recommendations from the Alpha were adopted by the project sponsor and project steering group.

Developed an innovative, applied Human-Computer Interaction tool for design and development teams to use when embarking on a new chatbot project – the Feminist Chatbot Design Process. This process was developed at a time where practical and easy-to-use tools for building ethical or socially-conscious chatbots (and AI-powered interfaces) were hard to find. It was developed explicitly for the technology industry, to empower teams to think critically about their designs and develop better, more innovative products as a result.Currently collaborating with the Feminist Internet to update the Design Process, incorporating lessons learned and critical issues like climate change and ghost work. Delivered comprehensive change to internal operations as a core member of the council’s digital transformation programme.Trained, coached and guided all levels of staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques.Worked with service delivery teams to identify and deliver innovation and service improvement opportunities, and embed internal organisational capability.Projects included:- Supported service delivery teams (across social care and early education) to be ‘WorkSmart’, consolidate their physical infrastructure and storage, adopt flexible working practices and digitalise their processes;- Worked with the Customer Relations team to map their processes, identify opportunities to improve how they work; and- Redesigned the resident-facing telephony system by gathering requirements across all council services, analysing call data flows and coordinating project deadlines with IT.

Previous projects include:- Contributed to the transformation of Housing services at the London Borough of Hounslow. - A market research report for the Mammal Society (UK) on training courses and price benchmarks.- Contributed to an entry into the Theatrum Mundi ‘Designing the Urban Commons’ ideas competition.

Provided advice to Senior Officials and the Premier of Victoria on a range of social and economic policy matters relating to Victoria’s 79 local governments and regional policy. Identified policy and strategy issues, consulted with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of government, and briefed Senior Officials (verbally and in written form) on recommendations.

Managed multiple whole-of-government reporting processes and collaborated within the Department to develop policy analysis, reports and briefing papers based on the data. Coordinated briefing and logistics for Victoria's delegation to formal meetings with other Australian governments (regional and national), effectively liaising across multidisciplinary teams.

Collaborated with fellow Board Directors to provide financial and strategic stewardship of YWCA Victoria during an organisational restructure and transition in senior leadership. Led the recruitment and appointment of the YWCA Victoria President, Dr Muyesser Durur. Active member of the Membership and Engagement, and Governance working groups.

Led and mentored a team of volunteers, including an Executive Committee of twelve elected members, to deliver UN Women Australia fundraising campaigns and community development programs. Reported to UN Women Australia on operational and financial activities, adhering to a federated governance model.Represented UN Women Australia at events with corporate partners.Enhanced YUNWA Melbourne’s relationship with the National Office during a period of transition and gained recognition of YUNWA Melbourne as a governance and operational model to be emulated by other YUNWA Chapters. Attended planning meetings with the UN Women Australia board, National Office staff and Chapter Chairs. Proactively connected with fellow Chairs remotely. Coordinated the UN Women Australia Chapter Governance Working Group to produce a set of national governance and operational guidelines.
