I was a summer coach for the Shadle Park Volleyball Program in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Fall of 2019 I took on the role of Junior Varsity coach. As a coach, I planned practices, coordinated equipment, worked with individual players, the team, and the whole program. I also coordinated practices, games, and special events with the families of our players.

I began working for Laura Kelley in summer 2017 and continued to work with her on breaks from school through 2018. In May 2019, I moved back to Spokane and began working for Laura year round. Laura is a personal sales rep for many different products ranging from paper companies like Rifle paper company, to kitchen tools like Rabbit. I organize her office, put together catalogs, input orders, contact clients, and watch her children when needed.

I was an assistant volleyball coach with Marin Juniors for two years. I coached the U13 group and continued on with the team as their U14 coach. I worked one on one with players and with the whole team. I believe in understanding the "why's" of the game and my instruction stemmed from giving an answer to those questions. In this role, I coordinated with other coaches, parents, grandparents, and players. I organized team events, created practice plans, managed team equipment, and made important coaching decisions during tournaments.

San Francisco Bay Area

I was a student athlete at Dominican University for two years. I was the starting setter both years I played volleyball despite being an underclassmen. I was also the floor captain my sophomore year. As a student athlete in college I learned to balance my education, my sport, and my social life. I learned how to stay composed and perform while under pressure. The opportunity to play college volleyball in the San Francisco Bay Area allowed me to broaden my cultural horizons and travel to places like Los Angeles CA, Oahu HI, St. George UT and many more.

In this role I worked for events at the Historic Davenport hotel and the Davenport Grand. I worked one on one with clients, answering questions about the hotel and the Spokane area. I also took care of guest needs within the banquet department. I needed to be flexible within this role and filled whatever job my manager requested. The two jobs I worked most often were serving and coat checking.
