I work with Executives and Senior Leaders to make difficult concepts easy; Data, AI - and courageous Women.I am the Chief Innovation Officer at FOIL AI, a “consultancy with an anti-consulting ethos” - a phrase I coined after a career growing tired of consultants whilst believing in the value of experience. My background is in developing go-to-market strategies to grow innovation and data, data science or AI specific opportunities and solutions; in short, I am a technical storyteller to strategic markets and executive audiences. I am a public speaker, presenting on topics in Data, AI, Women in Business and Women in Sport. I work privately as an Executive & Performance Coach with individuals and groups. And finally, an addiction to extreme sports led me to be the Founder of the global social enterprise, She Flies Extreme Sports, helping women "screw perfect and be courageous".Previously leading the UK & Ireland performance and growth for Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things for an Accenture & Microsoft consultancy; assessing the market, shaping regional offerings, reaching £M+ targets and delivering high value for clients.What is important to me as a leader, is to pave the way for compassion in corporate.
