Working as Accounts and Admin Assistant

- Reports directly to the General Manager- Maintain the company records on financial cash inflow and outflow- Prepare monthly payroll, and processing WPS- Maintain in full in chage in all accounting functions for the company including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset and Inventory Control- Prepares payment by verifying documentation and requesting reimbursements- Obtained all subcontractors records to maintain their accounts and to determine if there is changes with the ratings and contract- Handling 3 project bank account and responsible in all corporate transactions- Preparr and coordinatr bank deposit, bank reconciliation, prepare and process wite transfer and handled reconciliation payment- Administer online banking- Assists staffs in opening bank account, loan request, registering mobile staffs post paid plan and other employee benefits claim- Prepare local purchase order for office supplies- Book air ticket for staffand managers and coordinate with thw company travel agency- Book hotel for managers and visitors- All admin responsibilities
