My first work experiences were as a customer support agent, customer support specialist and shift supervisor, as well as an office support administrator in a Windows environment.Despite the different roles I held, I remained committed to learning about and exploring the world of IT. I have a strong desire to advance my career in this field and become an expert, particularly in the area of Linux operating systems.I believe that my passion for IT, coupled with my prior experience in customer support and administration, has given me a unique perspective and skillset that can be applied to various IT-related roles.
