In the CPO position, my major challenges are:- Develop and act with new B2B business from the management of the company's portfolio.- Together with the main global IT players, develop technical and commercial proposals, and monitor the entire negotiation cycle.- In partnership with the Marketing and Sales Director, think and act effectively in the development of new opportunities and products.- Develop, analyze and respond to RFPs according to the sales strategy definition.- Drive product development so that it meets the requirements needed to secure the customer's operation.- Manage the service portfolio (maintain and update costs and prices according to the customer's scope)- Think and bring innovation to the business reinforcing the market competitiveness, the value added to the customer and the expansion plan defined for the brand.

- Responsible for the P&L of contracts and projects.- Act in the management of customer operations seeking to achieve the best SLA and customer satisfaction.- Hiring, developing and forming a centralized team to perform remote services throughout Brazil with a focus on cost reduction and productivity. - Follow up, identification and negotiation of low margin contracts in order to improve the profitability kpi's of the business.- Integration of new vendors to Capgemini service platform in order to expand the capillarity of customer service.- Portfolio presentations, as well as support for new sales of products and services.

- Responsible for project teams, engineering, pre-sales of products and services of the infrastructure vertical.- Deployment of the PPM tool for management and control of ongoing projects.- Deployment of processes and procedures based on ITIL, ISO 20k and ISO 27.000 to standardize the activities in the Global Shared Services and Data Center.- Implantation of the SOC for collection and analysis of doubtful events in the customer network in compliance with ISO 27,000.- Participation in account planning meetings in Capgemini's strategic accounts.- Manager of service contracts in Bradesco Group.- P&L management in service contracts and projects of the Finance vertical.

- Responsible for the pre-sale process of the service and respective resources involved, preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals for control of the entire life cycle of the application on various technology platforms.- Preparation of RFP, technical and commercial proposal and presentation to customers.- Alignment with the project areas for the transition of formalized proposals.

- Management of the ORACLE database at client Bradesco Telebanco.- Analyze flows, processes, and elaboration of backup and logical access policies.- Evaluate database environment performance and adjust them on time and in the right way in order to improve data management.- Logical and physical data modeling for new products or customizations of existing applications.- Create and maintain up-to-date environment documentation.

- Working at EDS in Lisbon as Senior DBA.- Responsible for creating new database using Oracle technology and migration of a NATURAL / ADABAS database at Petróleo Portugal.- Perform the logical and physical data modeling, database migration and the elaboration of the new backup policy.- Ensure the performance of the database environment by performing when necessary the appropriate adjustments, in addition to doing the proper monitoring of the tool.- Train, develop and share with the local team the knowledge about the tool and the implemented procedures.- Create and maintain up-to-date environment documentation.
