About Jos L
Ik werk sinds april 2000 voor de overheid, Koninklijke marechaussee en daarna voor de Nederlandse Politie. Ik heb bij diverse afdelingen gewerkt. Sinds 2021 ben ik me gaan specialiseren als coach. Dit nadat ik zelf met een vorm van mentale overbelasting was uitgevallen. In de afgelopen jaren heb ik meerdere coaching opleidingen gevolgd met name gericht op vitaliteit met als specialisatie mentale overbelasting en stress. Ik werk momenteel met groepen mensen die een vorm van mentale overbelasting ervaren. Ook mensen die vastlopen zonder dat het een naam heeft gekregen in de medische wereld kan ik helpen. Denk hierbij aan assertiviteit, angsten, veiligheidsgevoel, altijd aan staan gevoel etc. Ik bied hen graag een 1 op 1 traject aan.

Ik werk al vanaf het jaar 2000 voor de overheid. Ik ben bij de Koninklijke marechaussee begonnen en ben daarna overgestapt naar de Nederlandse Politie. Ik heb hier bij diverse afdelingen gewerkt, surveillance dienst en bij een ondersteunings eenheid. Een van mijn neven taken was het werken bij de mobiele eenheid.
