Responsible for training and development, operational strategies, marketing and communications, personnel, and finance guidance to all departments within the Coggin College of Business.

- Supervises student workers in the dean's office. -Serves as a resource for departmental chairs and staff for recruitment and training including but not limited to administrative, performance and professional development. -Assist and supervise budget processes within the College under the direction of the Associate Director of Operations and Finance and Dean. -Serves as a liaison for the Coggin College of Business scholarships with the University's foundation central office, financial aid, and Coggin departmental offices. -Assist with the planning and execution of small to large events including RSVPs tracking, catering, AV tech and parking. - Serves as a day-of event staff member for the following but not limited to: Coggin annual scholarship luncheon, advisory council meetings, and all-college meetings. -Assist with project management with Coggin. -Manage the building spaces within the College effectively.

Development Support -Serves as a liaison for the Coggin College of Business scholarships with the University's foundation central office, financial aid, and Coggin departmental offices. -Advise students on how to complete the online scholarship application process. -Handle inquiries regarding eligibility, renewals, and general concerns from students. -Coordinate and facilitate speaker visits through the Coggin Speaker Bureau. - Analyze and produce reports through the usage of donor-related and financial databases.- Provide support for advisory councils across several departments within Coggin. -Manages the donor stewardship process with Coggin including acknowledgments. Communications-Assist with messaging distributed to students, faculty, staff and community through direct mail, social media and digital medium. - Provide graphic design for digital signage and printed collateral. Events -Assist with the planning and execution of small to large events including RSVPs tracking, catering, AV tech and parking. - Serves as a day-of event staff member for the following but not limited to: Coggin annual scholarship luncheon, advisory council meetings, and all-college meetings. Operations-Manage the reservation system within Coggin. -Assist with project management within Coggin. -Provide back-end support for the development team consisting of a Director and Assistant Director. -Serves as a team member to the Assistant Director of CCB Operations and Coordinator of Budgets with processes on contracts, training, reporting, and record keeping.

-Work with students, faculty and staff in the university-Coordinate the CPE classes for CPAs -Coordinate and manage the communication being distributed to CPE classes, faculty, staff, students and public-Assist as an event coordinator for Coggin events -Manage scheduling for the areas in Coggin

-Answer the main phone line and direct calls -Make copies -Work with inventory of supplies -Help with other tasks as needed
