Nationally recognized executive leader focused on supporting rural electric cooperatives as they manage the digital migration. As the VP of Smart Grid Advisory and Networks at NRTC, I created and led a team that provides strategic guidance driven by financial outcomes for rural utilities. This role has unlocked a passion for maximizing the value for rural communities from how their cooperatives implement smart grid investments. These communities are most impacted by the changing electric utility landscape. I also developed and implemented a private LTE (pLTE) option for rural utilities, selecting and negotiating with providers, spectrum owners, Investor Owned Utilities (IOUs), and carriers.As Managing Director of inCode Consulting, a strategy and operations consulting firm acquired by Ericsson, I built and led teams developing corporate strategies for leading cable companies, carriers, hyper-scalers, and large enterprises. I was responsible for recruiting and talent development within the consulting organization and redesigned our recruiting and performance review process to increase the quality, retention, and diversity of staff.
