Current• Vast experience using sensitometry and densitometry equipment• Ability to accurately position patients efficiently to produce high quality imaging studies • Schedule, organize and monitor patient flow to meet productivity, quality, health and safety standards• Accurately image a minimum of 45 radiology patients a day with multiple body parts scanned in a high pace environment • Screen MRI patient before exam for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to the examination • Exceptional ability to maintain patient safety and provide a calm professional demeanor at all times.• Thoroughly explain procedure to be performed to alleviate patient anxiety and facilitate patient cooperation.• Trained and supervised per diem radiology technologists in the facility’s methods, policies and procedures• Practical knowledge in Bone Density • Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products• Competent in providing accurate and precise patient records• Maintain Radiography and MR scanning equipment in good operational order. Clean and disinfect equipment and area after each use. Maintain work area in an orderly manner.• Obtained and maintained active NYS licensing and ARRT MRI and CT certifications
