Roles include but not limited to the following:- Taking inbound and making outbound calls.- Responding to questions and concerns about products & services offered by Jumia food.- Preparing and issuing weekly reports on performance and Net Promoter Score.- Attend and contribute to review meetings on a regular basis.- Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Roles included but were not limited to the following:- Welcoming and communicating with guests.- Answer different customer questions and address queries.- Answer incoming calls and redirecting different customer needs to the right department.- Monitor Supplies and make orders when needed.- Record keeping of expenses and expenditures.- Ensure front desk is tidy and supplied with all necessary supplies.
