Premium menswear brand designer and CEO.Our policy was to work with people who loved what they do in every step of the process.On my five years with the brand I gained vast experience in the entire design and development process of a premium menswear brand, and loved every second of it.Conceptualized and created a sustainable fashion business model by implementing a value proposition of delivering trendy and artistic garments predictably fast, keeping a minimum inventory and having a strong e-commerce component. Generated a better quality of life for our direct/indirect employees and service providers by incorporating win-win business negotiation practices and fair trade policies in our entrepreneurship, all thanks to a government grant we won in 2011.Founded the brand on the basis of fair trade and environmental consciousness where every part of the design, production and logistical process was carefully dissected to reduce waste, time and resources, natural and artificial.This project gave me the tools to learn all about product development, marketing, distribution, compliant record keeping, business structure, outsourcing and most of all the art of resiliency.The brand was put on hold indefinitely due to security problems in Medellín, Colombia.
