As a Project Onboarding Specialist at Europ Assistance, I contribute to the successful implementation of business rules and requirements between international teams, ensuring the feasibility and quality of the projects. I manage the communication flow and report on the progress, risks, and issues of the projects, using the Agile framework with Jira management of tasks. I also analyze and resolve incidents in the onboarding process, proposing solutions and improvements to optimize the outcomes.I have a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages, specializing in French & English from Universidad de El Salvador, which has enabled me to work effectively in multicultural environments in the insurance field. I have also developed teaching and coaching skills as a Spanish Tutor at Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, where I helped students improve their language proficiency and confidence. I am always eager to learn more and expand my knowledge and competencies, as demonstrated by my multiple certifications in project management.
