CurrentI am responsible for Future's eCommerce trading operation, with a remit spanning over 70 domains, and more than 30 categories including retail, b2b and software & services. Influencing strategy and outcomes at each stage of the purchase funnel;- Discovery - Category mapping, Seasonality, Audience acquisition, SEO, Direct and Social- Engagement - content optimisation, best practice, UX and page template development- Monitisation - partner optimisation and commercial negotiationFuture properties drive over 15.5m transactions and ~£900m in sales to affiliate partners each year. Operating at this scale requires robust data processing and management. My team is chiefly responsible for turning data into actionable insight, enabling our editorial and leadership teams to make informed decisions to maintain growth and the best experiences for our global audiences.
