Provided PHP and IOP levels of care to individuals diagnosed with eating disorders whilst supervised under Suzette Calette (LMFT #120450) and Shelby Espiritu (LMFT #114109). Functioned as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team; coordinated care with program nurse, registered dietitian, psychiatrist, and primary care physician. Facilitated evidence-based groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Process, In-Vivo Exposure, Art, and Body Image. Conducted and charted individual and family therapy sessions to support individual recovery to Joint Commission Standards using Cerner. Created treatment plans that align with patient diagnoses using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition. Provided psychotherapy via telehealth, hybrid, and in-person formats. Presented videos of my work to supervisors and peers, seeking constructive feedback to further develop my skills and improve the care provided to patients.
