At Dr. Tiffany Kodak's ABA Lab at Marquette University, assisted in the development of a personalized learning program for a client on the autism spectrum who was struggling with learning sight words. Conducted extensive research and piloted a personalized learning program, observed therapy sessions, implemented the learning program, and adjusted it based on observations to maximize its effectiveness. Condensed findings into a research presentation and presented to the Marquette Educational Studies Advisory Board.

Responsible for hiring and training 25 lifeguards to ensure the safety of military families by preventing and responding to emergencies. Organize shifts, prepare certifications, order uniforms and supplies, prepare emergency paperwork, ensure communication among staff, and adapt procedures at the facility that adhere to Red Cross guidelines.
