Retired as CFO of Just Food For Dogs during Q1-20 after stabilizing the Accounting & Finance function for this high growth company that provides human grade whole food for pets. My prior role with SNH included the re-construction of their centralized financial and operational accounting function that provided services to more than a dozen business units / reporting segments; then coordinated the decentralization of that function and the hiring and training of Controllers for the portfolio companies when SNH changed its business model to a Private Equity structure during 2017. Was also the interim CFO for Blackhawk Acquisition, LLC.For over 14 years, I was a financial officer for entities within CoreLogic and First American, as Sr. VP and Group CFO for business units and reporting segments of both First American and First Advantage Corp (a publicly traded majority owned subsidiary of First American), and as VP Finance for CoreLogic, subsequent to its June 2010 separation from First American.
