During 25 years of experience as a negotiator, I've had the chance to successfully close numerous commercial, financial, labour and employment deals in Canada, France, and Germany. Early on, I realized the limits of power-based negotiation and the harm it causes to long-term relationships. During my law studies in Canada, I was introduced to alternative dispute resolution methods, which inspired me to adopt the principles of interest-based negotiation.By building trust with all parties, keeping commitments, and always aiming for integrity, I’ve been able to create lasting, constructive relationships—not just during the negotiation, but throughout the entire life of the agreement.Believing in the long-term value of this approach, I’ve made it my mission to share and promote it by supporting others as a mediator.I’m a certified mediator through the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and accredited by the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP).
