Hands on experience in of how to establish an organization and drive Operational Performance through developing products/projects, people and managementteams based on Lean/Agile philosophy, and Transformational Leadership- Turn-around of business, establishing lasting change in speed of improvement and innovation- Developing long term customer relationship, through standalone projects, project sales, and developing service concepts as a Key Account Manager.- Understanding and knowledge about production and processing industry, with experience from sites and companies such as REC, Elkem, Hydro, and more than 10 O&G installations.
