I am a Co-founder of Puddle Ducks. Puddle Ducks offers swimming classes for babies, toddlers and school children in franchises across the UK. We are an award-winning franchisor accredited by the British Franchise Association (BFA). Ethical franchising is really important to me and being awarded the WorkBuzz Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction for every one of the last seven years is proof that we live and breathe our ethics and values. Franchising has provided me with the opportunities and choices to balance being a mum, enjoy a healthy lifestyle and be an effective business leader. Encouraging other women to do the same via Encouraging Women In Franchising (EWIF) remains close to my heart. I have a strong background in leadership, business strategy and franchisng. In May 2019, I was very proud to be awarded the EWIF Overall Women in Franchising Award.I have regularly presented at and appeared on expert panels at industry conferences such as the BFA and EWIF promoting, sharing and learning best practice in the franchise industry.
