Negotiating and executing all major financial transactions, including borrowing, share issuance, and share repurchases.Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization and oversee federal awards and programs.Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
