As an International Finance and Accounting student at Saxion University, I am driven to pursue my passion for knowledge and learning. Having grown up fascinated with the world of business and finance, I believe that the numbers tell a story and measure progress. My love for serving people and my desire to learn, grow and master any skill makes me an asset to any company. I bring with me a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly. Born and raised on Aruba, I'm currently living in the Netherlands to pursue a career in Fintech, while also learning how to be independent and self-reliant. I'm a firm believer that humans grow under pressure, just like diamonds, which is why I'm always eager to take on new challenges and develop my skills.Aside from my academic pursuits, I have worked in different industries, including Auditing, Hospitality and Transportation, where I managed money and inventory, developed strategies to improve operational efficiency, and provided excellent customer service. I have also developed strong communication and networking skills, which have proven valuable in my work experiences.Currently in my third year of the bachelor's program, I have gained knowledge in project and investment evaluations, cash-flow analysis, financial statement analysis, financial projections, accrual accounting, and cost accounting.
