Establish concepts and designing uniforms for luxury hotels and restaurants around the world for clients such as Hilton, Rosewood, Six Senses, Auberge resort collections, and Five hotels. Some of the projects include Southern Dunes (Saudi Arabia, Six Senses), Crans Montana (Switzerland, Six Senses), Waldorf Seychelles, Wildflower farms (NY, Auberge) and Kona Village (Hawaii, Rosewood).

· Led design team and overall development for all tailored and casual apparel both wovens and knits with a focus on bottoms, skirts, jackets and outerwear.· Collaborated with EVP of design on trends, colors, and store mock-up for monthly deliveries.· Managed design development of over 400 programs / 1000 colorways each season.· Partnered with merchandising on seasonal strategies and marketing big ideas for both store and ecom.· Managed sourcing and co-creation design projects with apparel and fabric vendors.· Attended Premiere Vision twice yearly.

Professor for Fashion Studio: Concepts & Criteria BFA class

· Managed a team of 6 designers as well as overall development for Soft Woven (tops, dresses and skirts) totaling a yearly retail business of over 220 million representing 35% of the women business.· Managed fast fashion: design full capsule collection including Woven and Knits in collaboration with Europe and Asia vendors for a 12 weeks pipeline.· Collaborated with VP of design on trends, colors and concepts for monthly deliveries.· Managed design development of over 300 programs/ 700 colorways each season.· Select prints and manage CAD team to develop an average of 55 prints/200 colorways per season.· Visited overseas factories and vendors 4 times a year in both Asia and Europe.· Conducted on-site European trend research and attended Premiere Vision twice yearly.· Styled collections in store environment and present the line and trends to merchandising, visual and marketing teams.· Designed collaboration with Milly, L’wren Scott, Trina Turk, Marimekko, Roland Mouret, Mad Men.· Designed exclusive styles for Japan, Middle East and European market.

-Design all knit products for Black Label and Pink Poney.-Developed all original tech packs, sourced fabrications, fit garments and manage approval to final products.-Managed a team of two: product designer and Assistant designer

-Collaborated with Design Director researching trends, colors, concepts and fabrications.-Designed and created tech pack for both sweater and woven apparel.-Teamed up with Rebecca Moses on development of Wild About Cashmere promotion.
