Work closely with business partners to design, build, and implement new puzzles for new escape room that will go live at the end of the year.Utilized aspects from mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer programming to create complex and creative puzzles.Rapid prototyped puzzle designs using 3D printer and SolidWorks.

During my time at the Kennedy Space Center, I supported the ground tests of prototyped hardware and designs of the Restore-L mission whose goal is to refuel and repair satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Working out of the Engineering Development and Operations Facility (EDO), located in the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), I assisted the fluids team in the testing of the flight layout of the Propellant Transfer Subsystem (PTS). Additionally, I was involved in the vibration tests of the Clamshell Subassembly (CSA) which is a part of the refueling tool of the Restore-L spacecraft. Lastly, I was tasked with organizing and cataloguing hardware being stored in the EDO which subsequently exposed me to various tools and equipment used in fluids system. This exposure led to a better understanding of how the equipment works and in which situations they are most useful.

Brasstech, Inc. designs and manufactures high end plumbing fixtures and decorative trims for kitchens and bathrooms. As a manufacturing engineer intern, I developed work instructions to train production personnel on how to properly and safely assemble products. I also designed tooling and fixtures using PTC Creo/Pro-E to aid in the assembly of products and to minimize injuries during assembly. I was responsible for supervising and documenting the assembly process for new products and worked as part of a team to implement modifications to assembly processes, engineering design, packaging, etc.

As a quality control intern, I was required to read blueprints and specifications of parts and validate measurements using various tools such as Keyence Visual System, optical comparator, calipers, thread gages, etc. Furthermore, I utilized ERP software such as SyteLine and Avante to record parts that have been approved, rejected, or transferred to another location. I would collaborate with design engineers when defective parts were found in order to develop a plan of action and would communicate that plan to other departments of the company.
