-Create and prepare packing list and check lists for gas turbine parts being shipped. -Keep records of all shipments through logs and pictures-Create necessary documents/forms to assist with shipments and other necessary processes.-Assist in verifying part conformance by comparing parts against their drawings.-Assist in making sure that gas turbine parts properly packed into crates and that all other shipping requirements, as stated in customer contracts, have been met.-Have a basic understanding of gas powered turbines and their components. -Attend and participate in weekly meetings to determine which projects are still open, new projects and which shipments will be going out during the week.-Use SolidWorks to create combustion part models and drawings for various projects.-Assist sourcing to find specifics parts for customers from various suppliers and making sure they meet desired specifications.-Keep track of inventory and assist in process improvements in warehouse.

-Check emails and job log every morning to see what currently is being worked on and what new jobs or revisions have been assigned to my queue. -Familiarize myself with the GE fixture products so that they can be used appropriately.-Promptly contact customers and gather information about the location geometry or desired lighting goals in order to start light design.-Look up and apply IESNA lighting standards to lighting designs in order to reach recommended light levels.-Use AutoCAD to create or interpolate location geometry.-Use AGi32 to create lighting design/layout using the imported AutoCAD layouts.-Send customers finished product, lighting layout, and follow up with customer to determine if changes need to be made.-Attend weekly team meetings to determine if rate of completion is adequate.
