As a CBI Associate at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, I support the implementation of cash-based interventions for refugees and displaced populations, using data analysis and human protection skills. I work with multiple stakeholders, including partners, and beneficiaries, to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of the CBI programs.I have a Master of Arts in Industrial Management and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. I am proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, and I am motivated by continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
