About Josué Ricardo León Torres

Currently and in the last few years I've had the chance to be involved in the field of quantum technologies through my M.Sc. and PhD projects at the University of Jena and at the Fraunhofer IOF. It has been quite an interesting and fruitful ride, right now I have my goals pointing towards the application of quantum principles in the field of imaging and sensing and looking forward to develop new technologies to tackle daily life problems. When I am not focused on doing science, I spend most of my time biking through the beautiful landscapes of Germany, playing chess, and broadening my knowledge in topics related to entrepreneurship and investments.
