• Identifying potential projects from inbound inquiries, talking with existing and new customers developed through business development initiatives and referrals. • Defining job scope, through thorough technical study. • Building technical and commercial bid and leading negotiations with customer with regards to scope and offered price. • Reviewing contracts upon award and verify scope matrix, payment terms, delivery period etc. • Provide necessary inputs to finance, legal, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, QHSE teams during contract review stage and request for and negotiate for changes to contract with the customer's procurement team, if any required, based on cross functional inputs. • Identify and develop subcontractors and vendors when required by coordinating with supply chain, QHSE and finance teams. Generate work pack for sub-contractors; review their technical offers in liaison with the QHSE team. • Generate project plans for execution and control.• Organize resources and allocate them to the project.• Lead the project by regular site visits, mentoring junior staff on the project, collecting feedback from operators, implementing technical plan, discussing with customer's representatives regarding progress, bottlenecks, necessary support etc. • Monitor the project and achieve billing targets as per the contract terms by coordinating with internal finance and supply chain teams and customer's site management, quality and procurement teams.• Ensure that the project is executed within time and cost constraints. If any additional scope is encountered during the execution phase, discuss and get agreement for change orders from customer's end.• Look for ways to reduce project cost while maintaining the QHSE requirements.• Provide post-project services such as operator training, support in the startup of equipment, technical guidance as per contract or sometimes as ongoing customer retention and service initiatives.
