Civil Engineer Supervisor (Civil Works and Maintenance)***Since november 2012 to september 2013, had a temporary position: Civil Eng.Supervisor / IACC/Construction Projects Administration Division. Leading a corp of Project Engineers and Inspector Engineers. We managed more than 50 construction projects. This position was equivalent to a Mid-Senior Project Manager. Six months like a Materiales Manager (Third Set of Locks Project (august 2009-march 2010)). After march 2010 to date: Civil Eng. Supervisor in charge of all civil works within locks area (infrastructures and buildings) and in other related areas: welding; concrete works; industrial coatings (painting); carpentry; fender works (vessel protection along approx. walls and within locks chambers)... Currently: 55 workers under my charge.

Design of several steel structures: Warehouses to store materials and to be used like workshops; two stories residences; structural consulting due to structural failure in a light two stories storehouse; structural pathology analysis; retaining walls.Real Estate: knowledgement and experience in properties valuation, and other related fields.Consultant Civil Engineer - Assurance Adjuster (IBS Plus Adjusters)

In charge of all maintenance and repairing activities, such as: piers, bollars, pier fenders (including painting-corrosion control), container yard pavements, traffic marks, plumbing, building air conditioning and painting. Corrosion protection, and other related tasks.Execution of any works were using Contractors. In those cases my responsibility were write specifications (scope of work)to the diferent kind of works such as: Multi-layer painting system to steel shield of pier fenders; Container yard pavement repair; refurbish field offices; bollars pier bollards installation; perimeter fence replacement; steel structures construction using my designs (portable structures).Support to Project Department in Port Expansion Plan & Execution,

Resident Engineer ( Project inspector)on a Highway Project: 23 kilometers of the Panamerican Highway Expansion Project(stage: San Carlos (province of Panama) through Farallon (province of Cocle). In that project were built ten (10) bridges (several types: steel; postensioned AASHTO beams; combined steel-concrete; beam-slab postensioned; with and without concrete Piles (drilling and as per friction). Concrete and asphalt pavement. Soil-cement treatment (replacing to the traditional base course).

Field Investigator--Data collector in Universities, Government Offices (Ministry of Health; MIPPE; MIVI; and others), to feed of information to several Consultants , to perform several projets: Environmental Impact Study (South Corridor--ICA); Urban Development Plan of Cities of Panama & Colon (MIVI); Sustainable Development Plan to Province of Darien (MIPPE); Development Plan to Marine and Coastal Water (Maritime Authority)--- Support in CAD drawing/Editing of Documents/Geo reference of aerial photos Net working Time was approx. 7-8 months.
