- Develop and manage the prepress projects timeline.- Assist with print technical input and on/off press approval/guidance.- Act as first point of contact for all print technical queries and issues.- Attend regular pre-production meetings for all relevant projects.- Work closely with the production, commercial, planning and financial teams.- Support external flexo plates supply projects.- Attend plate supplier and client meetings.- Identify and record the prepress costs.

- Receive and adapt the artworks to the printing and transformation process, including S&R and packages pre-distortion. - Guarantee the correspondence between offset ink and the client demands and/or colour proof.- x-rite ink formulation 6. - Manage, calibrate, operate and maintain, spectrophotometers, CTP, Processor, Kodak Approval NX System, laminator and GMG ColorProof 5 (Epson Stylus Pro WT900).- Operate and configure Kodak RIP HQ. - Manage the department consumables stocks as well as the KPIs. - Make sure all work is conducted and the department is organized and in safety, according to the rules and procedures of 5S, HST and the quality systems.
