I am currently a Consultant in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Integrity Programs and Ethics Management.With extensive experience in the federal public sector, Central Bank of Brazil, Ministry of Finance, Planning, Civil Office of the Presidency of the Republic and Defense.I worked for many years in the international area, in negotiations with international organizations (IBRD, IDB, IFAD, Eximbank and JICA), at the Central Bank's Foreign Exchange Department, the National Treasury External Operations Department and the International Secretariat of the Ministry of Planning.I have joined the team that formulated the Banking Reform in 1985 and the National Treasury Secretariat in 1986.I took part of the team that prepared the proposal to create the Ministry of Defense, and was the first Secretary of Institutional Organization of the Ministry.In the Ministry of Defense, I also coordinated the formulation and negotiation of the bill that created the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).Returning to the Central Bank, I was the Chief of Staff of the President and established the Ethics Committee, having contributed to the elaboration of the Institution's Code of Ethics, exercising the Executive Secretariat of the Committee for 7 years (2006 to 2013).
